FROM BASICS TO CUSTOM WORK
From routine maintenance to precision modifications, every job that comes through our shop receives the same careful attention. We work on what we know, we stand behind what we do, and we’ll always tell you straight what your firearm needs.
Have something specific in mind? We do. Stock fitting, action jobs, trigger work, sight installation, Cerakote prep, port and polish — if it’s within the realm of the possible, let’s talk. We’ve tackled plenty of “I wasn’t sure anyone could do this” jobs. Bring it in or reach out and describe what you’re after.
HOT SALT BLUEING
A deep, durable finish that protects your metal and looks the part. We strip, polish, and blue to a rich, even coat, whether you’re restoring a classic or refinishing a working gun. Rust blue available on request for vintage or collector pieces.
CLEANING AND DETAIL STRIP
A proper cleaning goes beyond what a field strip can reach. We disassemble, ultrasonic-clean, inspect, and function-test your firearm before it leaves the bench. Great for guns that’ve been in storage, seen heavy use, or just need a reset.
BARREL THREADING
Precise, concentric threading for muzzle devices, and compensators. We thread to your spec – 1/2×28, 5/8×24, metric, or custom, and crown the muzzle to protect the rifling. Thread protectors included with every job.
SAFETY INSPECTION SERVICE
We offer a comprehensive firearm safety inspection to help ensure your firearm is functioning correctly and can be used with confidence. This service includes a general mechanical check of key components, inspection for visible wear or damage, and a headspace check to verify that the chamber dimensions are within safe operating tolerance. The goal is to identify potential safety concerns before use and give you a clear assessment of the firearm’s condition.
SKS ACTION/BOLT/HOLD OPEN WORK
Running XCR-pattern detachable magazines in your SKS requires careful fitting. We modify the bolt, carrier, and action to feed and eject reliably while keeping function safe and consistent. Ask us about drop-free setups and feed ramp work.
